kids snack veggie skewers
These were a breeze to put together and were waiting in the fridge for the children after school. I paired the olives with a handful of their faves… cucumbers hand cut as stars, cheese bites and pinwheel deli meat. I am the queen of shortcuts because I am constantly on the go with 4 kids schedules. My fave shortcut this week was discovering olives in a cup vs. a can. Hello time saver! Each package contains 4 cups, (which are very similar to fruit snack cups but without the liquid mess!) and are easy-to-open, a big plus for my 6 year old. They stay fresh and tightly sealed until you’re ready to use them so I nix the can opener or storage container, another huge perk for this momma and busy families everywhere!
I know a lot of y’all aren’t A) parents or B) going to make these skewers for yourselves but we were so impressed with this innovative discovery of these little single serving cups that make eating olives easier to enjoy! (Seriously, as if purchasing pitted olives wasn’t cool enough. Haha.) You can toss them in the lunchbox for school or work, put them over a salad (great portion control sizing) or even travel with them as they won’t leak (liquid-free! while in the car, on a plane or in your backpack.
I plan to bring them to my sons football practice and hope they grab a cup while downing ice cold water and orange slices!

Take a look at my jack-o-lanterned toothed daughter, who after this cheesy smile, asked me if she could finally eat her wand! lol
