We opted for a warm duvet with a comfortable down insert in place of a comforter. My son swears he can’t sleep without 2 pillows so the coordinating sham is a definite must-have!

My son loves to doodle and draw so I brought Jurassic World TM into his bedroom with an oversized chalkboard that doubles as decor. I wrote “Let the World Hear You Roar” while he’s added his own touches surrounding it. In addition, I added a plush dinosaur and simple green dinosaur lamp. I love items that can grow with my kids; the modern faux leather headboard and black pendant light will last and be popular into their tween years.
