Copycat Jamba Juice Peach Pleasure

Hi! It’s Yvonne again from TriedandTasty.com and I’m bringing you another delicious recipe this month! With the girls rocking their Whole30 lifestyle (gluten free, dairy free, legume free, sugar free), I figured I’d better switch things up and lay off the cookies for this month! Thank you Kelli & Kristi for having me here!

Copycat Jamba Juice Peach Pleasure // Tried and TastyI’m a big believer in making things at home instead of buying them already made at restarants. Why? Because you get to control the ingredients. Over the last few years I’ve been on a health journey and have really taken an interest in what exactly is being put in our food. If you take a close look at labels, you’ll be surprised to find that most of the ingredients are a) unrecognizable b) unpronounceable and c) don’t belong even remotely close to being in anything being digested. So I’ve been on a quest to copycat my favorite recipes (and swap out white flour, white sugar, and processed foods anywhere I can). While this one I wouldn’t categorize as being 100% healthy (because there is orange sherbet.. and I wasn’t particularly impressed with the ingredient list on that), it’s definitely a much better stride than the sugar-loaded alternatives!

I’ve got an ever growing compilation of copycat recipes, and this is one more that I’m excited to add to the list. It all started with my Copycat Jamba Juice Strawberries Wild, and then my Copycat Jamba Juice Chocolate Peanut Butter Moo’d Smoothie. I’m now on a mission to copycat all of my favorites! I recently was sent a brand spankin’ new Blendtec Designer 625 Blender in the most beautiful Seafoam color & Blendtec Twister Jar! Which means.. I’ve been blending like MAD in the kitchen (as if I weren’t already, I’ve owned a Blendtec for about five years now). I was able to whip this baby up in no time for the perfect breakfast (or even dessert, it’s THAT good!). Give it a try, and let me know what you think!

    1. Hi Janna,

It’s not (: The author acknowledges that here:

“While this one I wouldn’t categorize as being 100% healthy (because there is orange sherbet.. and I wasn’t particularly impressed with the ingredient list on that), it’s definitely a much better stride than the sugar-loaded alternatives!”

      Happy blending!!
