DIY Grapevine Pinecone Wreath

If you've wondered how to make a pinecone grapevine wreath, you're in luck! This is an easy way to make a grapevine pinecone wreath with floral wire, no gluing or wait time required!

Equipment

  • Large Pinecones
  • Gold Wood Picks
  • Cedar Green Picks
  • Pine Needle Picks
  • 18-24" Grapevine Wreath Form
  • Floral Wire + Floral Cutters

Notes

This took longer to document (video + still photos) than to actually make! No glue or wait time required, just snip and wrap!
  • Tuck the stems into the bottom of the wreath facing each other.
  • Secure with floral wire. Intertwine it into the wreath, between the branches, for stability. Trim with wire cutters.
  • Layer the next set of greens on top of the first set, repeating the floral wire tie on process.
  • Tuck in wood picks, secure in place.
  • Wrap wire around pine cones, secure in place.
That’s all there is to it. It’s the easiest wreath to make but looks like those luxury wreaths that sell for several hundred dollars elsewhere.
