Oven-Fried Potato Chip Chicken Tenders

Easy to make chicken tenders in ANY flavor of potato chip, perfect for Game Day tailgating parties!

  • 1 C. mayonnaise
  • 1 package 12 ounces potato chips, crushed
  • 2 pounds boneless skinless chicken tenderloins
  • 1/4 C. butter melted


  1. Scoop mayonnaise into a shallow bowl.
  2. Place crushed potato chips in another shallow bowl.
  3. Dip chicken strips in mayo then coat with potato chips.
  4. Place on a greased baking pan.
  5. Drizzle with melted butter.
  6. Bake at 400° for 20-22 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink.
  7. Optional: Serve with dip or sauce.

Recipe Notes

Freeze option: Transfer cooled chicken strips to a resealable plastic freezer bag; freeze. To use, reheat chicken strips in a greased baking pan in a preheated 400° oven until crisp and heated through.
