Healthy peanut butter chocolate smoothie

A delicious smoothie, perfect for breakfast or on the go, without the high calories!

  • 2 C. Ice
  • 1 C. Water or Milk of choice
  • 2 Scoops Chocolate Protein Powder
  • 1 Tbs. Peanut Butter or PB2
  • 1 small Banana
  • 1 C. Baby Spinach


  1. Add ice and water (or milk).
  2. Layer remaining ingredients.
  3. Blend on "green smoothie" setting.
  4. Pour and serve immediately.

Recipe Notes

Add or mix in more of your favorite healthy ingredients like almond butter instead of PB or flaxseed! More ice can be added to thicken smoothie, add 1/2 C. water or milk to each additional cup of ice.
