Simply apply the vinyl onto the glass, slide the paper in and write your menu for the week.

This is a great idea! I've been looking for a hostess gift and this might be it. I recommend using a sharpie instead of a dry-erase marker. The sharpie ink on glass won't be smudged but will easily wipe off with a wet towel. I use sharpies on my glass-framed family calendar and it works really well.
