Supplies:
Solid cardstock {2 red, 2 green} Patterned scrapbook paper {we used dots/stripes} Glue stick, Hot glue gun, Scissors, Tulle or ribbon
Let’s get started, shall we?
1. Decide on the shape of your banner. We did a pennant but you can do the standard triangles or whatever suits your fancy. Make 2 patterns: one large & one smaller {see pic.} Use the larger pennant with the solid cardstock and smaller pennant with the patterned cardstock. Now cut cut cut!
2. Glue the smaller pennant onto the larger pennant:

Forgot to mention that I have a very fenniime grand daughter who’s picture would be so beautiful on these papers, but like you, I want to do a wedding page using my wedding picture and my daughters wedding picture on them. We both used red and black with pink for our weddings. And I love the old, antique, nostagic mood these can create with the patterns and colors and themes of this collection. They are just so beautiful. Jody

I was so late to the banner bandwagon…but love making them now, especially with what I already have. This sweet little JOY banner is just that sweet!
